Refund & Return Policy – Posh by Purple Linen

At Posh by Purple Linen, we are committed to delivering high-quality fashion pieces. Due to the nature of our products, we have outlined our refund and return policy below.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Item must be returned with original packaging and tags intact

  • Return request must be made within 3–7 days of delivery

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Custom-made or tailored outfits

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories (e.g., headpieces, innerwear, etc. for hygiene reasons)


3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Defective or damaged item (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

Important:

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit

  • Processing time: 5–10 working days


4. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Wrong item received

Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 3–5 days of delivery

  • Item must meet return eligibility criteria

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error is from our end.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order

  • Once processing or production has started, cancellation is not allowed


6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers bear the cost of returning items unless the error was ours


7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:

  • Customer will be responsible for re-delivery costs
